Preamble
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website voiles-visas.com (hereinafter “the Site”).
The Site is published by Voiles & Visas, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Canada, with its registered office located at 5184 Boulevard Cousineau, Suite 111, Saint-Hubert, QC, J3Y 0E1, registered under business number 2265713653 QC INC.

The Site is developed by Pierrick MARIE. Hosting is provided by OVH, located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.
By accessing the Site, the user acknowledges having read these Terms of Use and agrees to comply with them.
The Site is intended for an international audience and provides content to users located in Europe, the Americas, and other countries. For transparency and privacy protection, Voiles & Visas applies the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) to all its users, regardless of their country of residence. Thus, each user has the same rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection to their personal data, under the conditions provided by the GDPR.
Article 1: Definitions
Site : refers to the website accessible at voiles-visas.com
User: any person accessing and browsing the Site, in any capacity
Content : refers to all elements present on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.)
Article 2 : Purpose
These Terms define the conditions under which users may access and use the Site. By accessing the Site, the User unconditionally accepts these Terms.
Article 3 : Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible from anywhere to any user with internet access. All costs necessary to access the services (hardware, internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
For maintenance or other reasons, access to the Site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without prior notice or justification.
Article 4 : Data Collection
The Site collects certain personal data during the use of the following services:
- Comment form : required information: name or pseudonym, email address (not publicly displayed), and comment message. This information is used to publish testimonials on the Site and is retained indefinitely while the Site is online. The Site administrator reserves the right to delete, modify, or refuse any testimonial at any time without notice.
- Contact form : required: first name, last name, email address, type of visa requested, message specifying the request; optional: phone number, appointment date. This information is used solely to respond to contact requests and notify the Site administrator. It is stored on the Site and in a Google Sheets file for a maximum of 1 year, after which it is deleted.
Purpose of processing
- Comment form : publishing testimonials on the Site.
- Contact form :
- Managing contact requests and notifying the Site administrator;
- Internal tracking via Google Sheets (contact form) – maximum duration of one year, after which data is deleted;
- Information is processed solely to respond to the request and is not used for profiling or marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for the performance of a request initiated by the user (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and for consent to publish testimonials (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Subcontractors
Data may be processed via Google Sheets, hosted by Google LLC, whose servers may be outside the European Union. This transfer is governed by Google’s standard security measures.
User rights
In accordance with French Data Protection Law and the GDPR, users have the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability (applies to data from the contact and comment forms).
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (applies to contact form data and testimonials if the Site accepts their removal).
- Right to file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr)

Collected data is used only for the stated purposes and is not shared with third parties, except for subcontractors strictly necessary for processing.
Article 5 : Intellectual Property
Texts, logos, and graphic illustrations created by voiles-visas.com are protected under intellectual property and copyright law. Any reproduction or copying of this content by the User requires prior authorization, and any commercial or advertising use is prohibited.
Some images on the Site come from royalty-free image banks. Their use is subject to the license terms applicable to each image. The User agrees to comply with these terms when reproducing, distributing, or modifying such images.
Article 6 : Liability
Although the information published on the Site is considered reliable, the Site does not guarantee the accuracy of sources.
The information on voiles-visas.com is provided for informational purposes only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, the Site cannot be held liable for changes in administrative or legal provisions occurring after publication. This also applies to the use and interpretation of information on the platform.
The Site is not responsible for any viruses that may infect the User’s equipment after using or accessing the Site.
The Site cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or unpredictable and insurmountable acts of third parties.
Complete security and confidentiality of data are not guaranteed by the Site. However, the Site undertakes to implement all required measures to protect data to the best of its ability.
Use of the Site is at the User’s own risk. Voiles & Visas cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of data or profit, resulting from access to or use of the Site.
The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted access or absence of technical errors. The publisher cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability.
Article 7 : Hyperlinks
The Site may contain hyperlinks. By clicking on these links, the User leaves the platform. The Site has no control and cannot be held responsible for the content of web pages linked to.
Article 8 : Cookies
voiles-visas.com uses certain cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of forms and spam protection (via WPBruiser, Akismet, hCaptcha, and Cloudflare). These cookies do not collect personal information and are essential for navigating the Site.
Additional cookies, intended to analyze traffic or improve services (e.g., Google Analytics), may only be installed with the user’s express consent.

Article 9 : User Publications
voiles-visas.com allows members to post comments. Acceptance of the Terms implies consent to data processing for publishing comments.
Users must respect Netiquette and applicable laws when publishing.
The Site reserves the right to moderate publications in advance and may refuse publication without justification.
Users retain full intellectual property rights. By posting a comment, the User grants the Site a non-exclusive right of representation and distribution within the normal functioning of the Site. This may be done directly or through an authorized third party, including use on the web and mobile networks.
Each time, the publisher will mention the User’s name near the publication.
The User is responsible for all content they post. The User agrees not to publish content that could harm third parties. Any legal action initiated by a third party against the Site must be handled by the User.
The Site may delete or modify User content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Article 10 : Contract Duration
This contract is valid indefinitely. Use of the Site’s services marks the start of the contract for the User.
Article 11 : Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Canadian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Longueuil, Quebec, Canada, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 : Modification of the Terms
Voiles & Visas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to consult them regularly. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

Article 14 : Language
